This Media and Technology company are looking for a PART TIME BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join their team. The role is likely to be for 1-2 days per week (possibility of working from home) and you must have experience of the accounting package Xero.
- Accounts admin
- Bank, balance sheet and cash flow reconciliations
- Invoicing (Accounts Payable)
- Dealing with the external Accountants on a regular basis
- Keeping all records up to date on Xero
You must have experience with Xero, plus be very comfortable working independently and doing all aspects of Accounts Admin across the business. You must also be very comfortable dealing with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
