Brand Design Lead
up to 60K, central London
Handle are working with a modern South-Eastern Asian hotel chain who are emerging into the UK market. They have around 30 people currently working at the London office but the plan is to triple in size by the end of this year.
They are now looking for an experienced Lead Brand Designer to join the team in London and take charge of print and objects for interior design and branding projects for all the hotels based in the UK and, in a long-run, across EMEA.
This role will be within their own in-house design studio, reporting to the Design Director and Creative Direction. The studio will mainly focus on interior design projects, finish and marketing communication assets for a growing number of their hotels in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design in all brangind projects connected to their UK hotels. You will work closely with the Creative Director and studio manager to deliver high-level on-brand work with a unique feel, tailored for the UK market.
Skills and experience required for the Lead Brand Designer role:
- At least 5 years of solid hands-on experience in print, interior design/architecture, exhibition design or similar with some knowledge about web design.
- Good understanding of print and the ability to work on tight and large budgets.
- Great eye for good design and vision for unique interiors.
- Excellent knowledge of design software including Adobe suite, print set up etc.
- Stakeholder management and experience in working with international teams.
