Your primary role will be to manage the licence agreements and sales contracts for the company, negotiating the best possible terms in the fastest possible time-frame.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, drafting and reviewing film and television sales deals and acquisition agreements; regulating and inputting license information into rights management systems and disseminate information to key stakeholders; monitoring and tracking contractual commitments to develop a close collaboration with sales, finance, marketing and operations departments; and developing effective working relationships with external licensees - to name just a few.

To be considered you should ideally have similar experience in a TV, film and library sales environment, demonstrable negotiating skills and a proven track record managing sale and acquisition agreements.
