We are looking for someone to work as a Business Analyst for one of the UK's largest charities, based in London, and to play a key role in providing analysis as part of an industry-leading CRM programme.
This is an all-encompassing Business Analysis role, which will involve working as part of a high performing team on some really exciting CRM projects. We are aware that it isn't the highest paying role in the market at the moment, but if you are motivated to work on some projects that will make a huge positive impact on the lives of millions of people, and if you want to work as part of an inspiring team where you will learn a huge amount and be able to fast track your career development, it's a fantastic opportunity.
The core focus of the role will be to provide business analysis across a portfolio of CRM projects. Working as part of the broader digital and technology team, you will engage with stakeholders both internally and externally to gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specs for development teams. You will be working across a number of projects, but many of them will have a strong focus on back-end CRM technologies. You'll be a key member of a high performance, ambitious team, working on large scale technology and change projects.
To be considered for the role you will need solid business analysis skills, and you will have worked on at least one back-end CRM technology project. Ideally you will have worked with MS Dynamics before, but we are happy to consider any enterprise-level CRM. You will need to demonstrate your experience of gathering requirements, influencing stakeholders and working with technical teams.
In addition, we are looking for people who will bring energy and passion to the role, who are strong and articulate communicators and who have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. It will be a challenging role, but for the right person it will be hugely rewarding. Not only will you have the opportunity to work on some great projects, it's meaningful work of the highest order. You will also have fantastic learning opportunities, an inspirational team around you, and a brilliant culture with a strong work/life balance, flexible working and great benefits.
If this sounds interesting then we'd love to hear from you. Please contact Will Fraser at Handle Recruitment for more information.
