This is a crucial role and will involve the migration of live and new VoD services into a new broadcast management system.
You will become an expert on the company's business processes and work with the business to identity issues and opportunities within these processes.
- To document business requirements as required.
- To write functional designs for system enhancements.
- To write test plans/scripts and manage the testing process.
- Support the Solutions Lead & Project Manager as required.
They're looking for someone who can develop new, innovative and creative solutions to the challenges that will arise.
Excellent organisation skills will be needed as you may be required to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience working with technical staff delivering first class solutions
- Worked with/around media based companies
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff, and act as a translator between them
- Significant experience working with software development and business system support teams
