Job Description

Business Analyst - Finance - D365 - Retail

We currently have a Business Analyst role responsible for continuously improving our operational finance processes and providing BAU support within the Enterprise Applications team.

Role:

  • Analyse requirements, design, specify and implement technology solutions
  • Review current finance processes and information requirements
  • Keep abreast of emerging technology and developments within the Microsoft D365 space updating the application road map and business stakeholders of pipeline improvements
  • manage quality UAT Testing involving the business
  • Support the tests execution for continuous release
  • Provide training and support
  • Providing end user support and trouble-shooting
  • Provide support, training for the role out of America and APAC regions.


Essential Requirements:

  • Strong experience of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis in Finance
  • Experience of business process modelling / business process engineering
  • End to end project life-cycle and project management experience
  • Hands on experience of ERP systems and satellite applications
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and relational databases
  • Proven ability to manage change within an organisation

Desirable:

  • Accountancy qualifications
  • Dynamics AX/Microsoft D365
  • Financial analysis within a retail brand
  • ERP experience
