We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join an international TV and Media company and provide business analysis for sales and marketing technology solutions.
Based in London, and working within the IT department, you will be the main interface between business and technology teams, and will play a key role in ensuring the continual evolution of business critical systems. This is an all-encompassing business analysis role, where you will be responsible for the analysis, design, documentation and testing of sales and marketing technology solutions, from implementation to execution. This will mean building strong working relationships with business users, to enable you to fully understand their requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. You will need to take ownership of problems and see them through to a successful resolution, at all times employing your analytical skills to investigate issues.
We are looking for people with broad skill sets, who can adapt to different situations in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You will be equally adept at leading a group session to gather requirements as you are documenting a technical change. You will need excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse about technical topics with non-technical people. You will also need the ability to make decisions and justify them with analytical evidence.
To be considered for this role you must have a track record of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar. Ideally this will have been in a television broadcast media company, digital agency, marketing or creative services environment. And also ideally, you will have worked with sales and marketing systems. What you must be able to demonstrate is the following;
- Solid business analysis skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills, and experience building effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience producing clear and concise documentation.
- A track record of successful implementations and associated process improvements.
- The ability to succeed within a complex international environment.
