This creative agency is seeking an ambitious candidate to take on the challenge of Business Development and Sales as they plan to upscale business. Solid experience in sales within the creative industries and an entrepreneurial attitude will be crucial. It is a senior role in a fast-growing agency, and they need someone to take full ownership of Sales and drive the company's growth.

The main objective of this role is attracting and securing new clients.
They offering a great opportunity for an ambitious, experienced commercial sales person who wants to take full ownership of our sales strategy and business development.
You will report directly to the company founders.
* develop and implement our sales strategy
* explore and identify new business opportunities
* create and manage sales funnels, content and tactics
* close deals
The midterm objectives for this role are business growth and generation of revenue.
As the business scales you will be expected to build and expand the sales team.
Salary £35k (+- depending on experience)
On top of the base salary there is an attractive commission structure in place - 15% of Gross profit on all deals - no threshold.
