As a Business Development Lead, you will need to be organised and adaptable, react quickly to the demands of the role and be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously. You will be a strong communicator and able to liaise effectively with the artists and record labels directly.
Key features will include:
- Targeting and onboarding record labels and artists to sell their products on the site
- Working with the CEO to come up with strategies to help grow the business
- Maintaining relationships with the labels and artists that have joined
- Contributing ideas which will improve the experience of users on the platform
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly organised and motivated
- Have experience of working with artists
- Have good knowledge of the workings of the music industry
- Have experience of working with record labels
