Business Systems Administrator / Business Systems Specialist
We currently have a Business systems administrator role for an established retail client based in Hertfordshire (Hatfield).
*Retail experience is key
Role:
- Liaising with procurement, legal and security team for new application selecting
- Ownership of technology roadmap for third party applications - new feature releases & upgrades
- Keep supplier relationship management alongside supplier and SLA management
- Licensing and budgeting of new and upcoming applications
Requirements:
- Commercial experience assessing and running RFP processes for new platforms/applications
- Ability to deploy, analyse and administer market leading operational tools eg. Inventory & Order management, ERP solution software etc.
- Problem solving and relationship management - internal customer & external suppliers
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Application architecture
- IT project management / business analysis qualification
- G-suite
