An exciting opportunity has arisen for a buying admin assistant to join the fast-paced buying team of a leading retailer. The successful candidate will be highly organised, very detail oriented, and will have an evident enthusiasm for the fashion industry!
We are seeking candidates that possess fantastic administrative support experience, preferably within a retail environment. Strong IT skills are essential, we are especially looking for superb Excel capability!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as vital support to the buying team
- Creating and circulating monthly/ weekly sales reports
- Liaising with internal Merchandising and Design team.
- Raising purchase orders
- Is passionate towards fashion and products
- Has previous experience within a retail environment
- Is highly organised, able to use initiative and work within a fast paced creative environment
- Proficient within Excel
- Able to build great professional relationships
