Handle is excited to be working alongside a well-established field marketing agency in search of a Client Account Manager, working in house at a global entertainment company.
This is a fantastic role for someone with previous account management experience, along with a background in working across either FMCG or Field Marketing. The right person for this role must be personable and have the ability to use initiative and creativity.
Key Responsibilities Include:-
- The main purpose of the position is to build, develop and maintain effective relationships with the client, this includes monthly review meetings to review the direction of the account, the SLA, and to identify issues and resolutions.
- Gathering all available data to make recommendations on the most cost efficient and aligned packages for product and promotional support.
- You will be required to implement, update and communicate all day to day processes within the business, to ensure that clients are serviced to the SLA.
- The ability to analyse and follow through with opportunities to both develop and expand the business for and with the client.
