Job Description
A brand new opportunity has just become available for an experienced Client Billing Assistant to join a leading media agency on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an important role within the business, you'll be instrumental in working with the team to maintain and continually improve procedures.
As a Client Biller, your responsibilities will include:
- Raising invoices for fees and costs in line with client requirements
- Processing and ensuring billings are sent out in a timely manner
- WIP maintenance and providing WIP reports
- Revenue recognition
- Complete balance sheet aging reports on a monthly basis and review with the business manager
- Maintaining invoice tracker database
- Assisting the team with general problem solving and query resolution
Skills/ Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience of working in Billings role within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP experience highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience within a media/ PR/ communications agency
