They are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join their commercial marketing team on a 12 month contract. The role will primarily focus on building and executing marketing campaigns across both physical and digital channels. - Build marketing strategy and executing commercial marketing campaigns
- Build marketing strategy to deliver on business plans and requirements
- Brief creative teams to successfully deliver campaigns
- Execute the mechanics of the campaign across both digital and physical platforms
Key skills/requirements for the role:
- Prior marketing experience across large scale multi-channel initiatives
- Strong analytical and performance measurement skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task across competing priorities, projects, schedules and deliverables
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy in a high pressure environment
- A confident storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at building and delivering compelling presentations
- Ability to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
- Curious, self-starter who feels comfortable working independently
- Ability to engage and influence partners at all levels
- Operationally-minded Comfortable with ambiguity
