Communications Officer - TV

Handle are working alongside a popular television production and distribution company in search of a new Communications position within an already successful team.

This is a role perfect for someone with a mix of digital media and communications experience, primarily developing and implementing comprehensive social media and digital strategies as well as producing engaging and compelling corporate materials. You will also play a key role in internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and leading social media channels, working closely with international territories
  • Development of the internal communications channel to assist on delivery of engaging campaigns and content
  • Maintaining the website, while working with internal stakeholders across international territories to ensure that assets are communicated and updated
  • Work alongside the senior team to compile reports, presentations and other documents to effectively communicate complex information
  • Spotting opportunities to develop and escalate social media interactions for the business

You Will Have:

  • Professional experience in and a passion for social media, and an understanding of the importance it can have in the overall communications mix within global businesses
  • Working experience of PR and marketing, and how social has a part to play in these disciplines
  • Outstanding creative design skills and experience in producing engaging communications and corporate collateral across a variety of platforms
  • Ideally experience in working in a media organisation - either TV production or broadcast would be advantageous
