Job Description

Handle Recruitment is working with an iconic entertainment company to find a proactive Consumer Service Specialist. The Consumer Services Specialist will thrive working in a fast paced environment, to support the consumer service manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully troubleshooting customer account issues escalations
  • Providing third tier support to territory call centres and Distributor markets
  • Maintaining outstanding relationships with call centres
  • General service enquiries alongside handling questions regarding faulty content and initiating refunds to customers
  • Supporting the launch of new stores, devices, high-impact product releases and promotions
  • Helping define, develop and uphold metrics and procedures to guarantee top practice within the team
  • Applying penalties to consumer's accounts and strategies for breaches of terms of service
  • Contributing to the development and review of processes and supporting documentation to ensure compliance best practice
  • Assisting team manager develop and implement new policies and procedures

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of customer service and consumer account management
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems clearly and logically
  • Confident using Microsoft excel and Access skills
  • Great initiative and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure
