Job Description

Corporate Development Manager - Fintech

Global financial technology company and leading independent operator of multiple institutional execution venues for FX and crypto currency trading have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager.

This role is a great opportunity to be involved in strategic growth initiatives for the Group.

Key elements of the position include:

  • Customer trends analysis
  • Market and industry analyses
  • Analytical and execution support for strategic business initiatives
  • Financial analysis & modeling
  • Project management of specific initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and industry research and analysis
  • Internal data analysis and documentation of key findings: monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
  • Creation of solid analytical base for assessing strategic opportunities
  • Production of corporate & executive presentations
  • Internal data analysis and reporting
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Customer insight and analytics
  • Customer data integrity
  • Liaising with data scientists to help develop business intelligence

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years as an analyst in the investment banking/hedge fund/strategy consulting/Big 4
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modelling
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Accounting, finance skills
  • Great analytical skill set and project management skills
  • Highly driven and detail oriented, structured thinking
  • Industry experience in electronic trading is a plus
