Job Description

Fantastic new opportunity for immediately available Team Assistant's with a passion for creativity to support a dynamic International Marketing Team within this major TV/Film Studio. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the flow of digital assets. Duties will include:

* Maintain a rolling schedule of digital content delivery timelines
* Deliver tailored updates to internal teams; covering content availability and delivery dates
* Transfer marketing materials between internal content management platforms
* Shape the way complex information is communicated across different divisions
* Monitor and consolidate theatrical, home video and digital film release dates to give the team
full oversight of our content release timelines
* Perform some light editing of digital assets

You will need
* The competence to consolidate information derived from different sources
* To be a quick learner who can grasp new systems and processes swiftly
* The ability to run with challenges and devise your own solutions
* A keen interest in the latest digital media developments and the Film/TV Industry
* Knowledge and understanding of Print, Digital and Audio/Video specifications, filetypes and file
formats
* Some project management experience
* Strong attention to detail

Bonus points for
* A familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite. Specifically Photoshop and Premiere.* Any experience with HTML and Javascript (or similar web technologies)
* Fluency in other languages
* Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
