CRM Executive - Retail / (Luxury Brand)
We currently have a CRM Executive role available for a high profile retail company based in London. An initial 3 month contract working on various campaigns within their very experienced CRM team.
Essential:
- Commercial experience overseeing planning and execution of campaigns
- Experience building audiences in IBM and supplying data
- CRM Exec within B2C environment.
- IBM Watson
- Excel & Powerpoint
- Maintaining campaign responses and CRM calendar
Desirable:
- Experience in a retail, e-commerce or FMCG consumer-facing business
- HTML & Web Analytics
- Databases Architecture
Role:
- Overseeing campaign performances - identifying trends, maximising customer engagement, email KPI's etc.
- Support the CRM team on all areas of communications for both business and customer requirements
- Testing and executing various communication pieces
