Handle is working with one of the world's largest music publishers to find their next Customer Insight Manager. This wholly-owned group also distributes a range of musical products worldwide - via its bricks-and-mortar stores and its leading on-line business.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Marketing, the Customer Insight Manager supports the delivery of commercial marketing strategies across all trade and retail sales channels. The role will involve -
- Reviewing and rationalising the existing customer database. Defining and implementing the strategy to exploit this database.
- Working to accurately define the customer groups for each of the product categories and each of the retail channels.
- Managing a customer insight programme to provide regular feedback from customers, and share results with the senior marketing team.
- Operate within the annual budget agreed with the Head of Commercial Marketing.
We are looking for previous retail marketing and database analysis experience, strong budgeting accountability and a practical understanding of customer insight programme management. A love of the music would be a bonus.
