Handle Recruitment have partnered with a leading data platform based in west London and we are looking for multiple customer service advisers to support on an exciting new product launch!
We are looking for articulate, upbeat, and confident candidates to join this amazing team and to be part of their exciting new venture.
- The main point of contact for any incoming product inquiries from customers
- Responding to all inbound calls, emails, live chat messages
- Follow up with customers and cross-sell any new reports/data which may have since been released
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Highly organized and proactive
- An interest new and evolving technology
- Flexible approach
- Confident/comfortable liaising with customers
- Start ASAP and run through until 20th December, break for Christmas and return 7th Jan - mid/late Feb 2020
- Must be available 3-4 days per week (mon-frid)
- Hours: 8am-3pm
- Telephone screenings this week
