Do you love Customer Service and have a luxury retail customer service background? Handle Recruitment is looking for 3 x Customer Service Advisors to join a luxury retail platform to deliver first class customer service to their premium brands!
This is an excellent opportunity if you love fashion and luxury retail and want to join a fantastic customer service team in their central London office at an exciting time of growth. This company is global and the team you'd be joining would give you plenty of scope to grow.
Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am -6pm with 1 day off in between
Pay: £22k with 15% bonus
Key duties include:
- Assisting customers with order enquiries via chat, email and telephone to ensure every customer is happy with the service
- Provide expert product and delivery knowledge with a smile
- Work with their premium fashion brands, having lots of exposure to different customers across luxury brands
- Being the face and voice of the client by being an ambassador when dealing with customers
You must exude customer service and our client is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have come from a luxury customer service background at high end fashion brands. If you have this experience please apply today!
