Iconic fashion brand based in West London is looking to recruit a results-driven Customer Care Assistant who possesses outstanding communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally renowned and exceptionally successful luxury fashion brand on an initial 2 month temporary basis. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be working as a brand ambassador ensuring that all queries are dealt with professionally and to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with an extremely high volume of calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Processing customer orders
- Tracking deliveries
- Providing detailed product information
- Processing returns
- Resolving complaints ensuring customer expectations are met
- Administrative duties
