Job Description

A unique position has arisen within a Retail Head Office in North London for a customer service assistant to join their passionate sales team.

You'll have previous experience within an e-commerce environment and more importantly a love for pets!

Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with customers via telephone, social media and email
  • Ability to provide quotes, arrange orders and collections
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
