Responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):
- Dealing with huge volumes of inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Offering advice on product, trends and stock information
- Processing orders
- Dealing with complaints calmly and promptly
- Updating customer information to internal database
- Producing reports using Microsoft Excel
It is essential that applicants have strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular, Excel and Outlook), the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.
