Iconic fashion business based in South London is looking to bring on board its newest team members to their busy Customer Care division. This is an extremely rewarding opportunity for individuals with a wealth of experience within customer service and who are on the ball and pro-active.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Dealing with a high volume of queries over the phone and via email
- Process orders
- Manage complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Utilise internal database to track orders and deal with shipping queries
- Provide customers with product information, size guides etc.
- Ad hoc duties as required
