We are looking for an experienced Head Office Customer Service Representative to join a Luxury Retail Head office in Central London.
You'll be enthusiastic and hardworking and also be able to hit-the-ground running so previous experience is a MUST preferably within a Head Office environment!
- Outstanding communication - both written and verbal
- Professional Manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the business as well as with external 3rd parties
- Computer Literate - all Microsoft Packages
- Helpdesk Software - CRM, CMS - Zendesk, Magento, Agyen, PeopleVox
This role is on a temporary basis so you must be available to start immediately.
