Customer Strategy Analyst
Handle is currently working with one of the tops and most well known British Luxury retail brands there is! Our client is currently looking to expand their CRM team in London.
You will be supporting the Customer Engagement team in designing reporting, campaign planning, and making suggestions on how to improve on current campaigns. The business will consult with you to discover insight and receive suggestions that are realistic, actionable, and measurable.
Previous customer insight experience isn't must, but you must be excellent with SQL, Excel & Powerpoint.
Being able to engage with the business and show a commercial interest is key.
Ideally, you will have come from a numerate degree - Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Marketing etc.
Core skill set for Customer Strategy Analyst:
- Working knowledge of using SQL & Excel
- Customer strategy or insight experience would be a huge advantage
- Commercial knowledge and thinking
- Numerate degree in one of the following (Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Marketing)
