We have an exciting and unique opportunity with a Global Broadcaster to join their new Digital Ventures team as a Customer Support Adviser.
This team has recently launched a brand new streaming service throughout the UK, France, and Spain, and are looking for experienced customer support advisers to deal with any incoming queries from customers.
- 1-2 years customer support experience within an e-commerce/IT/Tec environment
- Proactive and adaptable
- Experience using ZenDesk or equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English & French (Spanish an added bonus!)
Candidates must be available to start end of July and free until at least September. Initially, a 1-2 month cover but could well be extended if the incoming queries increase.
