We have an exciting and unique opportunity with a Global Broadcaster to join their new Digital Ventures team as a Customer Support Adviser.
This team is launching a brand new streaming service and throughout the launch into the UK, France and Spain, are looking for experienced customer support advisers to deal with any incoming queries.
- 1-2 years customer support experience within an e-commerce environment
- Proactive and adaptable
- Experience using ZenDesk or equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English & French or Spanish
Candidates must be immediately available, able to start mid-Jan and interview beforehand.
