A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Digital/Tech Lawyer to join a leading media company, with a stellar reputation in content creation. If successful, you'll be part of a legal team supporting the company's activity across a range of formats, including print, digital and TV. Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract, so immediate availability would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, drafting and negotiating a range of agreements relating to all aspects of digital and web publishing, general commercial, technology and advertising; offering legal, commercial and strategic advice on industry and technological developments in digital, web and social media; and advising on regulatory and Data Protection matters.

To be considered, you'll be a qualified lawyer with 3-5yrs PQE* and first class training. Experience of technology contracts, IP, digital media, and publishing are essential, as are exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
