Digital Operations Manager Business Agile Cross-Platform Broadcast Technical Delivery Contract London
Handle are working with a Global Cross Platform Broadcast Organisation to identify and hire an interim Digital Operations Manager.
The company are undergoing a significant period of transformation and re platforming of their core VOD services.
We are looking for a robust individual with experience in delivery of significant cross-platform applications and services. Working alongside the CTO and Head of Project Management, leading a multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives are pushed through the business and that delivery milestones are met on time and in budget.
Ideal candidate will have experience in a global cross-platform broadcast environment or in a technical build agency that undertakes sizeable transformation projects. Experience of the delivery of sizeable web applications in an agile environment is essential, as is the ability to grasp complex technical issues and communicate them to non-technical colleagues.
Working knowledge of scrum management tools, e.g. Jira, is preferred
Strong analytically and problem solving skills
A self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to articulate technical and product innovations in a business context.
Must be solution and team oriented with the ability to build trust and influence others.
Demonstrable enthusiasm and energy for delivering successful digital products
