Digital Platform Support Analyst - Digital/ Media
We currently have a Platform Support Analyst role available for a global media / broadcast company.
*This role is shift based - rota schedule will be discussed.
** Digital / Media experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor video streams & digital platforms in real-time
- Technical support co-ordination - available for on-call/after hours to support technical situations
- Ticket management for global support team
- Perform escalation resolution of incidents to vendors
- Support Digital staff & duty operations Manager
- Liaise between support teams and customers
Candidate:
- Experience of AWS/Azure operations & ITL principals
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, MS Word, Excel etc.
- Commercial experience motoring & supporting digital platforms
- Handling of HD & SD video feeds
