We are recruiting for a market leading consumer website with over 13million users a month. They are looking for an experienced Digital (Web) Analyst to join the growing Commercial Team.
As the digital Analyst you will work closely with the Finance and Product team to develop the groups portfolio of websites and apps via A/B and MV testing, conversion optimisation and analysis.
If you have broad general digital experience with an inquisitive mindset, challenge the numbers and understand why users behave the way they do then this is the role for you.
Your day to day responsibilities will split between;
Web Optimisation - Analysing user behaviour (app and website), reporting insights to stakeholders, optimising key user journeys and teaming up with product manager to develop custom report, dashboards, goals etc.
Testing - MV and AB testing, co-ordinating test schedule between teams, competitor analysis and reporting to stakeholders with recommendations and analysis.
It is essential you have a solid working knowledge within web analytics packages (GA/GA Premium/Omniture) with a creative approach to problem solving. Great communication skills are also a priority, particularly the ability to explain in detail to less technically minded team members.
Experience of working in an Agile environment, an understanding of UI and UX and Google Tag Manager (or equivalent) would be desirable.
