Job Description

CRM Support Analyst / Dynamics 365 Support Analyst - eCommerce

We currently have a D365 System and Application Support Analyst role available for a ecommerce company with offices across the UK. You'll be acting as he solutions specialist of the D365 administration and support working within a small team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the day to day integrity of the D365 suite of modules, working closely with Microsoft third party developers and wider technology stakeholders as required.

Essential:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM support & Administration
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional
  • Experience of supporting an ERP application Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar
  • SQL Server
  • Excel, Outlook, Word, Access
  • Data Analysis and reporting

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 / 2015 / 2016
  • SSIS,SSRS,SSAS
  • SQL Server (2008/2008R2/2012)
  • T-SQL Scripting
  • Qlikview, Jet, Crystal Reports
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Scribe scripting
  • Office 365 / SharePoint / Azure

Role:

  • Own and drive the maintenance of the application stack, predominantly Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Fix application and system queries at administrative system level
  • Taking business requirements for ongoing report and dashboard development and creating them
  • Drafting requirements documentation for business change processes and third party development
  • Management of data and integrity - making best use of D365 features to drive data quality through business procedures
  • Liaise with technology partners and technical help desk on application issues and go-live of new offices
  • Drive reporting and data analysis - end user adoption and usage patterns (with support from our BI specialist)
  • Assisting with the management of marketing campaigns and leveraging and tracking of conversion rates using Click Dimensions
  • Provide the customer face of IT in respect of all application issues and queries
