Handle are excited to have partnered with a phenomenal global media company based in Central London who are looking for an Early Careers Manager to come on board!
This is an initial 12 month FTC as this is a new headcount and new role for the business but it is quite likely that it could be extended or eventually made perm.
Working alongside an existing Early Careers Manager, you will partner with each other to create bespoke early career initiatives on an international scale.
With a massive focus on future leaders, you will manage the rotation programme and ensure employees reach their full potential, as well as moving up in the business to management level during their career.
You will be the go-to person focusing on the internship programme and growing this, as well as implementing a brand new apprenticeship programme in-line with new legislation which will include managing the budgets around this.
Being a champion for diversity and inclusion is a must in this role so you must be passionate about driving this and always providing an exceptional candidate experience which highlights the company's core values.
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help create a robust recruitment strategy, as well as build relationships with colleges and universities across the globe to deliver exceptional campaigns which reflect the company's culture and vision in order to attract the best talent.
