Handle are working with a fast-expanding luxury furniture company based in West London. Well-known for producing high quality upholstery and tailored made designs enjoyed by many well-known celebrities. They are currently looking for a proactive Ecommerce Manager to join their delivery team and it's a great time to join them.
The Ecommerce Manager will work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the day-to-day running and optimisation of the current site as well as influencing the new site, which is set to launch early 2018.
Planning and executing campaigns across email marketing, SEO and social media, as well as growing the brand's customer base will be the main responsibility of the role.
The role will suit someone who loves identifying improvements to build quality traffic and convert into sales. You will have experience of improving customer journey, planning and implementing CRM strategy as well as driving brand campaigns to build awareness and generate sales.
Requirements for the Ecommerce:
- Strong, hands-on experience in digital
- Sales experience
- Highly analytical, confident user of Excel & GA
- Strong stakeholder management
- Great communicator with the ability to explain complex issues with ease
