Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Ecomm Operations Specialist with a passion for all things post purchase. This inspiring Athleisure brand is going from strength to strength and need a results focused person to own the following:

  • Leads day to day operational aspects of the e-commerce business, with a focus on those which occur 'post purchase'
  • Manages communication between the Customer Care Centre, Distribution Centres, and other ecommerce partners for the day-to-day business, related projects and initiatives
  • Owns what-if operational scenarios across the digital teams (incl. inbound and outbound forecasting) and identifies opportunities to improve operational performance, including cost reduction and process enhancements
  • Generates and reviews operational and guest reporting to advance the eCommerce business and works with partners to improve these
  • Partners with Product Management to roll out features and functionality which requires operational input

A typical day can look like:

  • Coordinating issue resolution
  • Raising issues to leadership where necessary
  • In partnership with Ecommerce Manager and FP&A, provides outbound and returns forecasting to the DC to assist with planning
  • Manages end to end coordination of large events, including Black Friday and Holiday
  • Generates and reviews operational and guest reporting to advance theeCommerce business
    • Order cancellations / DC reporting
    • Fraud and payments
  • Partners with Product Management to roll out features and functionality which requires operational input
    • Identifies new processes and owners
    • Partners with functional team to embed processes
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities, working alone or in partnership with stakeholders to improve:
    • Cost savings
    • Process improvements

You will have at least 4 years experience in Ecommerce with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience and commercial success. A self starter who enjoys building relationships and carving out new process to drive the digital experience who has:

  • Strong understanding of end to e-commerce operations, including working with distribution centre
  • Strong stakeholder management to coordinate and manage across various functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead self and coordinate across multiple functions to identify opportunities to improve operations
  • Demonstrated examples of operational improvements within the e-commerce space, including process improvements, cost reductions
