This new Employee Experience Lead role will have a broad scope across the entire employee journey from employer brand right through to alumni. You'll be an early member of a growing, multi-disciplinary talent team and play a key role in building the organisations DNA, developing products and services across Leadership, Learning, Performance and Career Pathways.
Using internal and external research, data and insights you will gain an intimate understanding of this complex global company and define internal service and product requirements so they can build a culture of learning and innovation.
Initial focus areas will be:-
- Developing & implementing a D&I proposition globally including aligning cognitive diversity
- Creating a bespoke candidate and employee onboarding experience
- Work with leadership to develop a community of knowledge sharing using internal expertise
- Developing OKR & performance products
- Developing future leaders proposition and leadership program
- Career pathways and organisational mobility model
- Development of a bespoke platform/ programme for Learning

Ideal candidates will have a masters in Occupational Psychology or similar field, coupled with a design driven approach and passion for human behaviour. You'll have prior experience in globally diverse environments, be used to scaling businesses and have an understanding of the tech world.
