A global leader in media and entertainment are currently searching for an Employment Paralegal to join their team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, drafting, reviewing and assisting with the implementation of a range of employment related agreements, including talent agreements, offer letters, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements; assisting with the implementation of employment/HR policies; providing general admin support for staff issues across a variety of entertainment related activities; and developing, implementing and conducting training on employment policies throughout the business.
The successful candidate will be required to handle their own caseload whilst supporting a team of lawyers, so you must be seeking responsibility and be a team player. You should have a law degree, with the LPC being advantageous - and previous paralegal experience in a commercial environment is a must-have.
