Handle Recruitment are proudly working with a Global Events and Entertainment Company on an exciting interim contract to lead on a new project and support the wider HR team for a period of 6 months.
You will be joining a proactive and forward thinking HR function to assess and improve process for their contingent workforce. Over the next 6 months, you will be establishing the requirements of the business, consulting on changes to process and creating new work flows to streamline and track compliance aspects and improve the overall experience for both managers and employees alike.
In addition to your project responsibilities, we would like you to business partner line managers for their continued development in management of performance, absence, and disciplinary issues in their teams.
Taking on additional management of more complex issues as and leading on areas of change management.
This is the perfect opportunity for an all-rounder, a passionate HR Professional with the ability to combine business as usual HR with strong project management design and delivery.
