FINANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading player within the restaurant world in London. My client requires an ambitious graduate or someone with circa 2 years working experience within financial administration.
The main tasks involved are:
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling Supplier statements
- Processing expenses
- Scanning invoices onto the accounting system
- Managing supplier relationships
- Resolving staff and supplier queries
- Answering the phone
- Organising meetings
- Preparing and sending board packs
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
My client would prefer candidates who are immediately available as this is an urgent requirement.
