Job Description
Handle Recruitment is working with a leading Media & Marketing agency to find a confident and dynamic Finance & Office Manager to join the team. Working in a busy and brand-focused agency you will be part of an ever-growing team for an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This is a dual finance/operations role so the ideal candidate will have finance experience and exposure to office management.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Payroll/HMRC duties
- Weekly bank reconciliations and general ledger
- Assisting FD with contracts, budgeting and forecasting
Office Management/PA responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all office queries
- Travel, events, accommodation and hospitality management
- Office management
- Training and inductions for new starters
The ideal candidate:
- Experience using Xero financial system
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be a representative of the company!
- Strong finance experience and a willingness to get stuck into the office management duties
