Job Description

A leading TV and film production company are looking for a Finance and Royalties Assistant to work in the finance team. As Finance and Royalties assistant you will be the point of contact around the world for any queries and will liaise with the sales and legal team.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Reporting of daily and weekly cash positions;
  • Short term cash forecasting at the end of each week;
  • Treasury bank reconciliations;
  • Account administration
  • Issue petty cash and collect receipts;
  • Send cash to relevant productions.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly TV producer, broadcaster and third party statements;
  • Manual royalty statements in excel;
  • Recording all external and internal producer invoices in excel and authorising them for payment.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dynamic and can work well in a busy environment. The ideal candidate would have excellent Excel skills and administrative skills. Experience of working in a media environment would be ideal.
