Freelance Production Scheduler
6 weeks contract (with perspective to go permanent),
Central London £100 - £150/day
Handle are working with a leading advertising agency based in great offices near Tottenham Court Road Tube who work with excellent, globally recognised clients and are one of the largest outdoor media owners in the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced and efficient Scheduler to join their team for an initial 6 week.
You will be working with their main scheduling team internally looking after creative artwork as well as working directly with clients, so good client communication is very important here.
You will be their key digital production support, working with direct and national sales teams and facilitate the entire scheduling process from establishing new creative content to final display and post-campaign analysis.
Requirements for the Production Scheduler:
- Minimum two continuous years of experience in media/advertising administration and at least one year of production scheduling experience.
- Excellent computer literacy including industry software (Broadsign preferred)
- Confident administration skills and great attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the processes concerning campaign management. Excellent communication and previous experience in a client services role.
