An exciting opportunity for a German-speaking and up-beat individual to join the customer care team of an international sports clothing brand. You will act as the voice of the brand, resolving customer queries and concerns with urgency and building relationships to create life-long customers. A typical day may involve the following;
- Providing world-class guest experience via phones, live chat and email.
- Supporting ecommerce guest experience through placing orders, setting up returns, and troubleshooting.
- Providing product education by communicating features, fabric properties and function of product.
- Performing additional projects, duties, and assignments when required.
The successful candidate will;
- Be a German-English speaker (native).
- Have a take charge attitude and ability to direct conversations.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to type 50 wpm.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Have experience in a customer-service/ customer-facing role.
- Have a passion for and involvement in yoga, fitness, health, and/or sports.
