Are you a proactive Employee Relations expert with experience working in a global matrix environment? Are you looking to get into a brand new role you can really put your own stamp on?
We are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking ER Manager to join a well-known Tech business based in London. This is a highly strategic role that will have a focus on how to prevent ER issues by doing a full analysis to identify the root causes of them. From here you will build in changes working closely with the HR team on a global scale. This is a hugely exciting time for the company as they are going through a stage of growth. You will be advising all business leaders on challenging ER issues, so senior stakeholder management exposure is essential.
To be considered for this role you must be operating on an international basis, leading on all complex ER, have exposure working for matrix organisations and have be able to interpret and analyse ER data, resulting in producing commercial recommendations. You must also be CIPD qualified.
