Job Description

We are working with an Entertainment Giant who are on a search for a Global FP&A Manager.

A newly created role within Global Finance (London based, part of the wider NY Global Finance Team) You will be assisting with analysis of strategic investment opportunities including Deal Analysis, Financial Modelling and Due Diligence; Business & Market Analysis and Review; Central Reporting.

Key responsibilities:


  • Assist the Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis with the analysis of strategic investment opportunities, including the review of financial and market data in order to determine valuations of acquisition targets and financial benefits of artist and catalogue deals
  • Support various territories around the world in the preparation of deal memos and financial models before submission to senior management for approval
  • Assist with collection of market data and submission
  • Support to Global Tax on Transfer Pricing and ad hoc tax issues

Central Reporting:

  • Manage the monthly Actual and Forecast reporting for some London based Global Cost Centres, including:
  • Review of monthly recurring and non-standard journals
  • Monthly review of Balance Sheet reconciliations and Cost Centre Reports
  • Development of best practice controls and compliance
  • To be involved in the Annual Budget Process (including preparation of some London based Head Office cost centre budgets)

Label Accounting:

  • The central office has a small roster of artists:
  • Working with the International Marketing and Legal teams to ensure all Artist related costs are correctly accounted
  • Review of artist related revenue
  • Monthly preparation of International Artist P&Ls and presentation to Marketing team
  • Preparation and Management of Internal Statement Reporting for Artist co-fund deals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate
  • Qualified Accountant - Ideally ACA
  • SAP user
  • Excel to advanced level (pivot tables / vlookups / Macros / forecast modelling)
  • Financial modelling / analysis of potential new deals / acquisition targets
  • At least 2 years post qualified experience in Finance
  • Strong analytical/technical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills


  • £50-£60k with a fantastic package
