This is a fantastic opportunity for a Global HR Manager, to support from an operational perspective across 8 global markets. As a true HR Generalist you will be a great mentor to the HR Assistant & Office Assistant, developing and shaping their careers.
With a global headcount of circa 100 employees, you will support from a People & Culture perspective across, Europe, Benelux, Australia and LA. It's important that you are able to drive internal comms through the company values. Coaching and advising managers on all aspects of HR, you will be flexible in your approach, with the ability and drive to work in a fast paced and autonomous environment.
You will have at least 5 years' experience in an Ad / PR / Comms agency environment
You will be comfortable working with senior leaders and the exec board
You will have a broad understanding of international employment law
You will want to work in a fun collaborative environment and you will have excellent communication skills
