The role will involve...
You'll be the super user of the HRIS (SagePeople) & group ERP (Workbook), focusing on supporting and collaborating with the international offices on the smooth operation of both platforms.
You'll look after the systems provider relationships, managing upgrades, production and test environments, licensing and contract renewals.
Being responsible for the development and maintenance of Operations guides, user managers and training HR and Finance leads in our locations. Currently the user guide is pretty formal so developing a more user friendly, creative guide will definitely be a priority!
Building great relationships in particular with the HR and Finance leads, you'll ensure the systems are providing the most effective data and reporting in line with business needs
You'll implement and ensure adoption of all systems to acquired business to meet group quality and reporting standards.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate...
- At least 4 years HCM, HRIS & or ERP systems experience
- The ability to understand, manage & maintain data flows and processes between multiple systems
- Experience of managing operational system change in a global business
- Effective communication skills
- Some Financial systems experience (but this is not critical)
