Handle HR are partnered with a renowned global social media brand to recruit an Interim Recruiter to manage the initial recruitment stages for excepetional intern, apprentice and graduate talent that will meet headcount requirements. On a daily basis you will be required to:
- Partner with teams across the business to understand hiring needs and goals in order to develop a custom hiring strategy drive
- Maintain and promote good D&I practice by ensuring inclusive job adverts, job descriptions, branding and interview processes
- Partner with training providers and demonstrate understanding in government levy and creating creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
Previous experience hiring apprentices and graduates is essential for this role as you will be required to take ownership from day one. Experience working cross functionally within a fast paced matrix business is also highly desirable for this role.
